21 फ़रवरी को ज़िला शामली के चौसाना के गांव जिजौला गांव के किसान महापंचायत का आयोजन किया गया। इस पंचायत में भारतीय किसान यूनियन के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता राकेश टिकैत ने सभा को संबोधित किया। राकेश टिकैत ने शंभू बॉर्डर पर चल रहे किसान आन्दोलन पर भी बोले।
