उत्तर प्रदेश के शामली ज़िले में भारतीय किसान यूनियन की अगुवाई में खाद की कमी को लेकर एक पंचायत का आयोजन किया। CCA की टीम किसानों से बात की। जिसमे किसानों का कहना हैं कि मौजूदा सरकार देश को 1984 जैसी संकटपूर्ण स्थिति की ओर धकेल रही है। उनका कहना था कि आज न तो किसानों को पर्याप्त बिजली मिल रही है और न ही खाद समय पर और उचित मात्रा में उपलब्ध हो पा रही है। किसानों ने चेतावनी दी कि अगर सरकार ने समय रहते उनकी समस्याओं पर ध्यान नहीं दिया, तो वे आंदोलन के लिए मजबूर होंगे।
In Shamli district of Uttar Pradesh, a panchayat was organised under the leadership of the Bharatiya Kisan Union on the shortage of fertiliser. The CCA team spoke to the farmers. In which the farmers say that the current government is pushing the country towards a critical situation like 1984. He said that today neither the farmers are getting enough electricity nor the fertiliser is available on time and in the appropriate quantity. The farmers warned that if the government did not address their problems in time, they would be forced to agitate.
