उत्तर प्रदेश में नगर निकाय चुनाव का दूसरा चरण शुरू हो चुका है जिसमे सब उम्मीदवार चुनाव की तैयारी कर रहे है चलचित्र अभियान ने ज़िला मेरठ की लावड नगर पंचायत में आम जनता से चुनावी मुद्दों को लेकर बातचीत की। जिसमें लोगो का कहना है कि प्रत्याशी देखकर वोट करते हैं। पार्टी चाहें कोई भी हों। कुछ लोगों का कहना हैं कि निर्वर्तमान चेयरमेन काफ़ी विकास कराया हैं जबकि कुछ लोगों कहना है कि बहुत कम काम कराया हैं। इस बार हम बदलाव चाहतें हैं।
