उत्तर प्रदेश में गेंहू रबी की मुख्य फसल मानी जाती हैं। गेंहू की बुवाई नवंबर से दिसंबर माह के बीच की जाती हैं और कटाई अप्रैल माह के पहले सप्ताह से की जाती हैं। गेंहू की बुवाई से लेकर कटाई तक किसान और मज़दूरों के बहुत से कार्य होते हैं। जो गेंहू उत्पादन से जुड़े हुए होते हैं। भारत में 42.6% लोग कृषि पर निर्भर हैं। इसलिए भारत एक कृषि प्रधान देश हैं ।

Wheat is considered the main Rabi crop in Uttar Pradesh. Wheat is sown from November to December and harvesting is done from the first week of April. From the sowing of wheat to harvesting, there are many tasks for the farmers and laborers, associated with wheat production. In India, 42.6% of the people are dependent on agriculture and that’s why India is considered an agricultural country.
