ज़िला मुज़फ़्फ़रपुरनगर में गठवाला खाप के फुगाना गाँव में भाकियू की मासिक पंचायत हुई। पंचायत को संबोधित करते हुए राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता राकेश टिकैत ने कहा कि गन्ने का पेराई सत्र शुरू हो चुका है। आज किसानों की समस्याएं अधिक हैं और हल करने वालों की नीयत ठीक नहीं लगती। गन्ना पेराई सत्र शुरू होने के बाद भी प्रदेश सरकार ने गन्ने का एमएसपी अभी तक नहीं बढ़ाया है। किसानों को एक जुट करते हुए किसान नेताओं ने संगठन को अनुशासन और आगे बढ़ने और किसान की आवाज बनने की प्रेरणा दी।
