23 अक्टूबर 2024 को किसानों की विभिन्न समस्याओं सहित निर्माणाधीन दिल्ली देहरादून ग्रीन एक्सप्रेस वे पर भज्जू में कट की मांग को लेकर भारतीय किसान यूनियन (भाकियू) के कार्यकर्ताओं ने चौधरी राकेश टिकैत के नेतृत्व में मंसूरपुर से “किसान अधिकार पदयात्रा” शुरू की। यह पदयात्रा 23 और 24 अक्टूबर को निकाली गई जा रही है, जिसमें किसानों ने अपनी मांगों के लिए आवाज उठाई। 23 अक्टूबर को निकली यह यात्रा 24 अक्टूबर को ज़िला शामली के गांव भज्जू में पहुंचेगी जहां एक पंचायत का आयोजन होगा।

On October 23, 2024, under the leadership of Chaudhary Rakesh Tikait, members of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) started the “Kisan Adhikar Padyatra” from Mansurpur. The march is focused on various farmer issues, including the demand for a cut at Bhajju on the under-construction Delhi-Dehradun Green Expressway. This padyatra is being held on October 23 and 24, where farmers are raising their voices for their demands. The march that started on October 23 will reach Bhajju village in Shamli district on October 24, where a meeting will be organized.
