उत्तर प्रदेश के ज़िला ग़ाज़ियाबाद के गाँव मंडोला में किसान 2016 से अनिश्चितकाल धरने पर हैं। मंडोला में किसान आवास विकास द्वारा की गई जमीन अधिग्रहण में किसान उचित मुआवज़े की माँग को विरोध कर रहे हैं। इसी की लेकर भारतीय किसान यूनियन ने मंडोला में किसान मज़दूर महापंचायत का आयोजन किया। चलचित्र अभियान ने पंचायत में आए किसानों से बात की किसानों का कहना है कि जब तक हमें अपनी ज़मीन का सही मुआवजा नहीं मिलता ये आन्दोलन जारी रहेगा।

Farmers in Mandola village, Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh, have been on an indefinite protest since 2016. They are opposing the land acquisition by the Housing Development Authority, demanding fair compensation for their land.
The Bharatiya Kisan Union organized a farmers’ laborer mahapanchayat in Mandola to address these concerns. The Chalchitra Abhiyan team spoke with farmers at the gathering, who said that the protest would continue until they receive fair compensation for their land.
