उत्तर प्रदेश ज़िला शामली के क़स्बा थाना भवन में पिछले कुछ दिनों में नॉनवेज होटलों व अन्य नॉनवेज दुकानों को लेकर विवाद बना हुआ है जिसके चलते कुछ धार्मिक संगठनों ने आपत्ति जताते हुए होटलों को बंद कराने के लिए धरना दिया जिसमे उनका आरोप है ये दुकानें मंदिरों के मानकों के विरुद्ध चल रही है वहीं होटल मालिकों ने बताया की हमने प्रशासन की गाइडलाइन के अनुसार ही यह होटल चलाए हुए है लेकिन फिर भी हमारी रोजी रोटी बंद कर दी गईं है जिसके चलते हमारे सामने रोज़गार का संकट खड़ा हो गया है, CCA की टीम ने वहां क्षेत्र के लोगों से इस मुद्दे पर बातचीत की जिसमे किसी को भी कोई आपत्ति नही हुई है ये केवल कुछ धार्मिक संगठनों के द्वारा हिंदू – मुस्लिम के बीच तनाव पैदा करने की साजिश है जिसकी वज़ह से माहौल ख़राब हो सकता है ।

Due to this, some religious organizations have raised objections and held protests to shut down these hotels, claiming that these establishments are operating against the standards set for temples. However, hotel owners have stated that they are running their businesses according to the administration’s guidelines, yet their livelihoods have been taken away, creating an employment crisis for them. CCA’s team spoke to the local residents about this issue, and no one expressed any objections. This appears to be a conspiracy by some religious organizations to create tension between Hindus and Muslims, which could disrupt the peace.
