भारतीय किसान यूनियन ने उत्तर प्रदेश के ज़िला मुज़फ़्फ़रनगर के क़स्बा सिसौली में 17 फ़रवरी को पंचायत बुलाई है। जिसमें आसपास के राज्यों के किसानों ने हिस्सा लिया। नरेश टिकैत का कहना हैं कि राष्ट्रीय कमेटी ने निर्णय लिया है , निर्णय किसानों के हक में होगा | किसानों के साथ हम डट कर खड़े है , हरियाणा पंजाब अपने को अकेला न समझे | 21 फरवरी को ट्रैक्टर मार्च के लिए तैयार रहना है। जरूरत पड़ी तो यूपी का किसान दिल्ली कूच करने से भी पीछे नहीं हटेगा। सरकार किसानों की लड़ाई को कमजोर करना चाहती है। सरकार किसानों को डराने का काम करेगी तो हम डरेंगे नहीं। इस पंचायत पर सभी देश की निगाह हैं। अब देश का किसान हक नहीं कुर्बानी की बात करेगा।

We stand together with the farmers, and Haryana and Punjab should not consider themselves alone. Be prepared for a tractor march on February 21. If needed, farmers from Uttar Pradesh will not step back even from marching to Delhi. The government aims to weaken the farmers’ struggle, but we will not be afraid. The entire nation is watching this Panchayat. Now, the country’s farmers will talk about rights, not sacrifice.
