उत्तर प्रदेश में नगर निकाय चुनाव का दूसरा चरण शुरू हो चुका है जिसमे सब उम्मीदवार चुनाव की तैयारी कर रहे है चलचित्र अभियान ने ज़िला बागपत के दोघट नगर पंचायत में आम जनता से चुनावी मुद्दों को लेकर बातचीत की। जिसमें लोगो का कहना है कि दोघट में निर्दलीय उम्मीदवारों का ही दबदबा रहा हैं। दोघट की जनता का कहना हैं कि भाजपा के अलावा किसी और पार्टी का उम्मीदवार मैदान में नहीं हैं। जो क़स्बे के के विकास के बारे में सोचेगा वोट उसी को मिलेंगीं। निर्वर्तमान प्रत्याशी में क़स्बे में बहुत कम विकास कराया हैं।

The second phase of municipal elections has started in Uttar Pradesh, with all candidates preparing for the polls. The CCA team spoke to the general public in Dohghat Nagar Panchayat of Baghpat district regarding the election issues. People say that independent candidates hold sway in Dohghat. The people of Dohghat state that apart from BJP, there is no candidate from any other party in the field. They believe that only those who prioritize the development of the town will receive their votes. The current candidate has done very little for the development of the town.
