उत्तर प्रदेश ज़िला शामली के कई गांवों में जलभराव और जलनिकासी की समस्या लगातार बनी रहती है बरसात के मौसम में ये दिक्कतें और बढ़ जाती है गांव वालों को आने – जाने बहुत परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है जिसकी वजह से ग्रामीणों में भारी रोष है और प्रशासन से बड़ी नाराज़गी है ज़िला शामली के गांव कंडेला, सेवापुर, हरड़ फ़हतेपुर में लोगों ने इस समस्या पर CCA के साथ बातचीत की ।
