ज़िला मुजफ्फरनगर की मीरापुर विधानसभा सीट पर उपचुनाव होने जा रहा हैं। 20 नवंबर को मतदान होना हैं। जिसके चलते हर राजनीतिक पार्टी चुनावी प्रचार में लगी हुई हैं। 6 नवंबर 2024 को मीरापुर विधानसभा के गांव जड़वड कटिया में आरएलडी और बीजेपी की संयुक्त प्रत्याशी मिथलेश पाल जी के समर्थन में एक चुनावी जनसभा की। इस बीच जनसभा को मीरापुर विधानसभा से विधायक रह चुके और बिजनौर से सांसद चंदन चौहान ने सभा को संबोधित किया और मितलेश पाल के समर्थन में लोगों से वोट की अपील की।
