उत्तर प्रदेश के ज़िला गाज़ियाबाद कस्बा मंडोला विहार आवासीय भूमि अधिग्रहण योजना से प्रभावित मंडोला समेत छह गांव के किसान पिछले आठ वर्ष से आवास विकास परिषद के खिलाफ धरना दे रहे है। CCA की टीम ने धरने पर बैठे किसानों से बात की। जिसमे उनका कहना हैं कि हम सरकार से नहीं डरने वाले हैं। किसानों का कहना हैं कि 19 जून को वे मंडोला से गाजियाबाद कलेक्ट्रेट तक पदयात्रा करेंगे और यदि इसके बाद भी समाधान नहीं निकला, तो लखनऊ कूच करेंगे।
Farmers of six villages, including Mandola, affected by the Mandola Vihar residential land acquisition scheme in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh, have been protesting against the Housing Development Council for the last eight years. The CCA team spoke to the farmers sitting on the dharna. In which they say that we are not going to be afraid of the government. The farmers say that on June 19, they will walk from Mandola to Ghaziabad Collectorate and if a solution is not found even after this, they will travel to Lucknow.
