उत्तर प्रदेश के ज़िला शामली के क़स्बा कैराना के गांव कंडेला के चौधरी मानसिंह राजकीय इण्टर कॉलेज के खेल मैदान में रविवार 4 सितंबर 2022 को विधुत विभाग के विरुद्ध किसानों-मजदूरों व सर्वजातीय के लोगों ने महापंचायत की। इस महापंचायत में आसपास व दूरदराज के लोग पहुंचे।

On 4 September, 2022, a mahapanchayat was held in Kandela village of Kairana township in Shamli, UP, against the electricity board. The Mahapanchayat was held at Chaudhary Mann Singh Rajkiya Inter College’s playgrounds, and brough together farmers, labours and an umbrella of people from nearby villages and towns. Several important leaders addressed the gathering at the panchayat.
