उत्तर प्रदेश के ज़िला शामली के क़स्बा कैराना के गांव कंडेला में विद्युत निगम के उत्पीड़न के खिलाफ महापंचायत की। गांव शेखूपुरा के लोगों पर विद्युत निगम की ओर से पिछले दिनों दर्ज कराए गए मुकदमे के विरोध में और निगम पर उत्पीड़न करने का आरोप लगाते हुए कंडेला के चौधरी मान सिंह राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज के मैदान में किसानों-मज़दूरों व सर्वजातीय महापंचायत का आयोजन किया। महापंचायत में इकरा हसन का भाषण।

There was a Mahapanchayat in Kandela village of Kairana township in Shamli, Uttar Pradesh, against the highhandedness of the electricity department. The Mahapanchayat held at Chaudhary Mann Singh Rajkiya Inter College’s grounds was to protest the cases filed against residents of Shiekhpur village by electricity department. The Panchayat, which brought together an umbrella of people, from farmers to workers, claimed that the department was exploiting people.
