उत्तर प्रदेश के ज़िला मुज़फ़्फ़रनगर में पहलवानों के समर्थन में भारतीय किसान यूनियन ने गाँव शोरम में सर्वजातीय खाप पंचायत का आयोजन किया। जिसमें आस-पास के जिलों से किसानों ने हिस्सा लिया। इस पंचायत को सरधाना से सपा विधायक अतुल प्रधान ने संबोधित किया। अतुल प्रधान। ने कहा हैं कि महिला पहलवानों को हर हालत में न्याय दिलाया जाएगा। महिला पहलवानों की इंसाफ की लड़ाई सर्व समाज लड़ेगा।

In Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh, the Bharatiya Kisan Union organized a Sarvajatiya Khap Panchayat in the village Sauram in support of wrestlers. Farmers from nearby districts also participated in this Panchayat. Atul Pradhan, an MLA from the Samajwadi Party (SP), addressed the gathering with respect. Atul Pradhan mentioned that justice will be ensured for women wrestlers in every circumstance. The fight for justice for women wrestlers will be carried out by the entire society.
